Yeast + nutrient for red wines Fermivin® VR5 VITA is a perfectly matched yeast and nutrient medium for preparing your house wine. The product ensures complete fermentation of the prepared drink. The best yeast strains ensure efficient fermentation of cherry, grape, chokeberry, elderberry and blueberry wines. With the set you can prepare up to 25 liters of wine.

Remember not to add the nutrient solution directly to the yeast vaccine, use according to the recipe.

Usage:

The yeast does not require pre-multiplication. Mix them in 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 30°C and then let it stand for 20 minutes. After this time, pour the solution into the fermentation container/balloon with the wine setting. Dose the correct amount of the nutrient solution (1 g nutrient solution / 1.5-2.5 L must) in three equal portions: I - before inoculation with yeast, II - after 2-3 days of fermentation, III - after about 10 days , at ° Blg the must drops to 8-12. Dissolve portions of the medium in 100 ml of must, then pour into a container/balloon and mix.
Do not add medium directly to the yeast vaccine!

Ingredients:
58.8% nutrient solution (diammonium hydrogen phosphate (V), components of inactive yeast cells, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)), yeast 41.2% (wine yeast S. cerevisiae, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate).
