Our dried baker's yeast is a universal product that works well for the preparation of homemade cakes, pizza and bread. Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast active guarantees that the dough will rise quickly, allowing you to enjoy airy and aromatic pastries made from proven ingredients! Another advantage of this yeast is the possibility of using it without first preparing the leaven, which significantly speeds up the preparation of home baked goods and also allows them to cook under any conditions! You can use dried yeast as a substitute for fresh yeast - 32 g dried yeast is equivalent to approx. 100 g fresh yeast. One double packet is sufficient for approx. 2 kg of flour, i.e. the preparation of, for example, 4 loaves of bread!

Instructions:
Dose the yeast according to the recipe for the chosen dough (1 teaspoon = 4 g dried yeast). 16 g dry yeast corresponds to 50 g wet/fresh yeast. Attention! You can mix yeast directly with the flour, without making sourdough! Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture, make the dough, let it warm until it rises, then bake according to the recipe.

Ingredients: Saccharomyces cerevisiae dried yeast, emulsifier: sorbitol monostearate.
