The use of wood chips gives your dishes a unique taste, a unique aroma and a golden brown color. Perfect for smoking lamb, beef and pork.
The chips come from natural and ecologically clean areas. Free from impregnation or preservatives. Characteristic is the optimum moisture content - less than 11%.
Grilling or smoking: Place around the glowing charcoal, a 2 cm thick layer of wood chips, not directly on the charcoal, otherwise they will burn immediately. Put your products immediately on the grill and close the lid.
Use about 30gr / kg of meat.
