Square cheese shape

Description:

Cheese mold for the manufacture of home-made cheese, mainly ricotta. When using this mold you get a square cheese weighing 500 grams.
Very sturdy, made of durable material with approval (hccp) for food contact.
The mold can be used with our wooden cheese press (Art.Nr.NAT-350), using two molds, including one for use as a lid. The shape has openings allowing the whey to walk away and feet so that the whey no longer comes into contact with the cheese.
