Vinegar culture for starting your own vinegar.

Method:
  • Fill the vinegar barrel with 100ml vinegar ferment + 100ml wine
  • After 10 days: add 200ml of wine
  • After 10 days: add 400ml of wine
 
After that, the process can continue continuously: each time drain the leftover wine down the side of the vinegar barrel. Make sure that the vinegar nut remains intact.
