Turbo X-Pure 21.3% 100 L yeast is the only yeast on the market that ferments up to 21.3% alcohol and the first on the market to fully process 36 kg of sugar into 100 L. Pure power and excellent quality! With Turbo X-Pure, the fermentation process is perfect - fast and efficient. This product is a mixture of two highly alcoholizing, active yeast strains and a well-selected medium that supports their development. Thanks to Turbo X-Pure, you can easily make different types of settings: sugar, fruit and cereal. The advantage of the mixture is also the pleasant smell of the finished product.


One sachet of Turbo X-Pure yeast of this grammage is sufficient for 100 L of brewing, and depending on the expected alcohol content, it is sufficient to add 25 to 36 kg of sugar. In order for the yeast to show its full potential, it is important to act strictly according to the instructions on the package.

Instructions:

Choose a fermentation variant (see table). Pour the first portion of sugar into the fermentation container and dissolve it in the correct amount of lukewarm water at approx. 30⁰C. Then pour the entire contents of the bag and mix thoroughly. Ferment the prepared solution for the number of days indicated in the table (according to the chosen variant) at 20-25⁰C.
For variants II-IV, carefully add the following servings of sugar after *24 and **48 hours, when the sugar concentration is approximately 10⁰Blg.

After the end of the fermentation, the settings are self-clarifying. Low temperature promotes clarification. Use Klarowin Turbo Spirit to clarify settings faster.

After the fermentation is complete, the settings have a sweet aftertaste, associated with glycerol produced by yeast.


Use the package as a whole for one setting, which gives you advantages due to the homogeneity of the mixture.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.

Ingredients: yeast, potassium phosphate (V), magnesium sulfate (VI), calcium carbonate (IV), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
