Traditional spice mix for country sausage.

Content: 20.5 grams.
Ingredients: Black pepper, sweet red pepper, nutmeg, garlic, marjoram.

Recipe for this traditional country sausage

Preparation:

Cut the meat into pieces of about 5 - 8 cm.
Rub the meat with salt and saltpeter and leave it in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
Prepare the pig casings.
Grind the pork and bacon with a slice 8 - 10 mm.
Grind the beef with a 3 - 4 mm slice. Preferably twice.
Mix the beef with the water to make it into a binder.
Mix the beef with the bacon, pork, herbs, and salt to taste.
Make sausages from the meat and smoke them until they have a golden brown color.
Place the sausages in 75-degree water for 10 minutes and hang them in a cool place to dry.

Mooie gave darmen,na 5 a 6 keer goed spoelen, geen zout meer te bekennen. Wij gaan op zeker de volgende keer weer bij jullie bestellen 👍👍👍

Gewéldig lekkere kruiden, heb alleen nog wat kruidnagel toegevoegd. We hebben zelf sausijsen gemaakt, aangezien ik zoutarm moet eten,
Wij hebben 10 gram kruiden op een pond vlees gebruikt, heb ze ook meteen daarna gegeten, omdat ik heel benieuwd was,ik heb zalig gegeten.
