The natural composition of rye sourdough with yeast and malt guarantees healthy baked goods without artificial substances and flavor enhancers. Rye sourdough bread has a pronounced, slightly sour taste, a dark and juicy crumb and a crispy, golden crust - all this can be achieved at home in just a few hours! One package is enough to bake a loaf of bread weighing up to 750 g and its use is extremely simple. The package contains two bags: one contains sourdough, the other contains specially selected yeast. The product is suitable for baking bread both in the oven and in a special bread machine.

Baked goods based on sourdough with yeast are a rich source of fiber, so they can be part of the diet of children and the elderly. The absence of artificial and chemical additives prolongs the freshness period of prepared bread.

Recipe for baking 750 g of bread with rye sourdough:
Ingredients:
350 ml lukewarm water,
10 g salt,
350 g wheat flour type 500-750,
150 g rye flour type 720,
1 pack. rye sourdough with yeast and malt (sourdough and yeast).

Optional:
2 tablespoons of seeds, e.g. sunflower, pumpkin, soy.

Oven:
Knead the dough from the above ingredients - until you get a mass of an elastic consistency so that the dough comes away from the pan. Leave for about 1 hour. covered in a warm place. Then knead the dough again (it takes only a short time) and put it in the mold. Let it rise again in a warm place until the dough has doubled in volume. In the meantime, place a bowl of water in the preheated oven, this will give the bread a crispy crust and keep the crumb moist. Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 1 hour at 200°C.

Bread maker:
Add the ingredients mentioned in the order indicated to the bowl of the bread maker and set the basic program (BASIC) to obtain a medium brown crust. After about 3 hours the bread is ready.

Ingredients:
dried rye sourdough (65.2%) (milled rye products, barley malt extract), active dried yeast (34.8%) (S. cerevisiae yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate).
