The rennet is 100% vegetarian, so it can also be used in a diet that avoids the consumption of animal products. 1 g of rennet is sufficient for 20 liters of milk and the set contains up to 5 sachets, with which you can even prepare cheese from 100 liters of milk.

1 g of rennet is sufficient for 20 liters of milk. It works well in the preparation of dishes made from cow, goat and soy milk.

Instruction manual:
1. Calculate and measure the rennet dose in relation to the amount of milk you are using.
2. Dissolve it in 50 ml of water.
3. Add the dissolved rennet to the milk at the right time in the cheese production, depending on the type of cheese.
4. Gently mix everything and leave it covered to form a curd.

heb een zwitsers apparaat en receptenboek voor zachte kazen in de verhouding 5ml (=5gr) op 1,5l melk en 50gr yoghurt. heb 1 gr stremsel gebruikt en yoghurt. Goed gelukt en mooie structuur.

De eerste kaasjes staan te rijpen.
Ben zelf heel benieuwd naar het resultaat, maar overweeg nu al om in het vervolg de vloeibare versie te kiezen omdat ik slechts kleine hoeveelheden zal maken en dit met vloeibaar beter te doseren is.

Prima spul goed te verwerken.
Tip: op de verpakking zetten hoeveel water op een zakje moet en hoeveel liter melk je hiervan kan maken.

Prima spul , gebruik het bij kleine hoeveelheden.
Bij 3 liter Melk 0,03gram stremsel , wat een hoeveelheden .
Heb een speciaal weegschaaltje moeten kopen.
Maar het resultaat is prima.
