The solid and well thought-out design makes the product extremely durable and easy to keep clean. With two burners powered by gel fuel, you can smoke without access to gas or electricity. Smoking consists of heating the smoking chips placed at the bottom of the smokehouse from below, creating smoke. Excess fat generated during smoking drips onto a special fat tray, which prevents it from burning and creates almost no smoke throughout the entire smokehouse. At the same time, the tray guarantees no contact between the fuel and the smoked food. Special burners, in which odorless and odorless gel fuel are placed, have flame control that allows you to raise or lower the temperature in the smoking chamber. A thermometer built into the lid of the smokehouse allows you to control this temperature.

In the smoking process it is necessary to use smoking chips. We recommend using chips in an amount of about 60 - 80 g (two larger handfuls), to avoid over-acidifying the dish.
