For a quick and inexpensive pH measurement during beer production.

Indicator strips are used to measure the pH value in the solution. Pure cellulose strips soaked in special preparations change color depending on the acidity, allowing a quick and inexpensive pH measurement during beer production.
The advantage of pH paper is that the pH measurement does not require expensive equipment, and a specially adapted measuring scale ensures a more accurate result.

Instructions:
The strip should be removed from the package and immersed in the solution for approximately 1-2 seconds. Then we shake off excess moisture. 40 seconds after removing the pH indicator, compare the color of the indicator with the color chart on the package.

Do not let the indicator dry before reading the color.

Pay attention:
All strips not used for a particular measurement must be left in their original packaging. They should not be placed where they may be exposed to alkaline and acidic vapors or gases.
Store in a dry, cool place.

De lakmoes papiertjes zelf bevatten geen ph waarden, je moet het lakmoes papiertje vergelijken met een kleurstaaltje. Dat vind ik onhandig, dat wordt vies en verkleurd en loopt uit na 1x vergelijken. Deze koop ik niet meer.
