The cutting thickness can be adjusted continuously from paper thin to approx. 20 mm. An additional advantage is that larger products can also be cut by the removable residue holder. The cutting machine is easy to clean due to the simple design.

This cutting machine is equipped with a luxurious, metal housing made of silver metallic and has a serrated knife with a diameter of 17 cm. The slice thickness is adjustable to 20 mm. The cutting machine has a bottom plate of unbreakable safety glass and is equipped with a removable cutting slide.
