Dave Broom is a laureate author who specializes in spirits and has been writing about it for 25 years. He has won the Glenfiddich prize twice: for the Beverage Book of the Year and for the Beverage Writer of the Year. In 2013 he won the prestigious IWSC Communicator of the Year award. Dave is the editor-in-chief of Whiskey Magazine: Japan, consulting editor for Whiskey Magazine (UK, US, France, Spain) and a leading columnist from Whiskey Advocate (USA). He also makes many contributions to (inter) national journals and is actively involved in training in the area of drinks, sensory evaluation and worldwide training.
