 The use of the product is very convenient thanks to the possibility of fixing it to the counter or other surfaces and in different positions - horizontally or vertically, for example on a drawer or kitchen cabinet door - application of the filling on the net according to the weight.

Using a funnel saves time. In one go you just pull a piece over it, enough for several pieces of meat or cheese.

The device is easy to use and clean. You can wash it in the dishwasher.
The funnel has a diameter of 11 cm and fits on different types of nets with a diameter from 12 cm.


The kit contains:
- a funnel
- two clamps
- three anti-slip discs
- a sausage net 3 m


Instructions:

1. Fasten the funnel to the counter/table or vertical surface (eg kitchen cabinet door) with clamps. The clamps can be mounted on the front or side of the base.
2. Pull the correct length of the net over the filling tube.
3. Tie or clamp the end of the net with sausage clips and place it on the hopper.
4. Place the meat or cheese in the funnel while holding the net with your other hand.
Move the mass towards the net so that the product is firmly attached.
5.After filling the net with stuffing, tie it tightly with a sausage string or tighten it with a sausage squeezer and cut it with a small excess. When cooking several pieces of meat in succession, using crimping pliers, immediately attach two clamps, one behind the load, the other a little further, and squeeze the net between them.

Your meats and cheeses are ready for further processing - smoking, baking and steaming.
