Fermivine PDM is a specially selected strain of wine yeast, originating from the Champagne region of France - prized "bayanus", which ensures a fast and stable fermentation in a very wide temperature range and even under difficult conditions. They are perfect for mead production. They moderately affect the aroma profile of the wine, preserving the aromas of the fruit from which the drink is made. They are ideal for restarting fermentation - the "start" setting when the wine stops "working" before the supposed properties are reached.

Instructions
Mix the contents of the sachet with 100 ml of boiled water, cooled to 30 ℃C, let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation container or a balloon with the wine setting.
