Fermivin 7013 is a specially selected wine yeast strain from the Corbières region of France. This yeast ensures a fast and efficient fermentation and also allows you to enhance the characteristic aroma of the fruit from which the drink is made.

Instructions
Mix the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of boiled water and cool to 30°C, leave at room temperature for 20 minutes. After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation container or a balloon with the wine setting. A detailed safety data sheet is included in the attached files.
