The Espressions MixMaster, known from the television program Masterchef Australia, is still in use despite its powerful motor. It can mix, beat and knead, from light egg white to heavier dough. The 12 infinitely adjustable speeds ensure that there is always a suitable speed. The speed is shown on the LCD display.

This mixer also has a slow start function. The nice thing about this is that you avoid splashes, which is very practical, especially with thin ingredients. The mixing head can be easily opened with one hand, without your fingers reaching the machine, and the food processor switches off automatically. If you are going to mix larger quantities or make the same dish more often, you can set a timer, so that the mixer will stop mixing after the set time. The mixer then gives a signal.
