Enovini® BAYA, or prized "bayanus", is a specially selected strain of yeast that allows you to obtain wine with an intense fruit aroma, rich flavor and excellent clarity.

Enovini® BAYA ensures fast, efficient and stable fermentation in a very wide temperature range and even under difficult conditions.

They are ideal for restarting fermentation - "starting" the setting when the wine stops "working" before its supposed properties are reached.

The product is very easy to use. One 7g package is enough to make 10 to 35 L batch. The yeast is cryophilic and works at low temperatures (from 8°C). They are therefore ideal for fermentation during the cold season, in cellars, and the fermentation temperature range is 8-32 ° C, with the possibility of reaching up to 18% alcohol!

By using nutrients with vitamin B1 and Kombi Vita from our offer, you can guarantee yourself the full potential of yeast!

Usage:

Mix the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of boiled water and cool to 30°C, let it come to room temperature for 20 minutes. After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation vessel or a wine balloon.

Ingredients:

wine yeast Saccharomyces bayanus, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate.

Attention!

For an optimal course of the fermentation process, it is recommended to add Nutrient: with vitamin B1 ( 401010 ), Kombi Vita ( 401030 ).

Best before end: expiration date and no. welded party. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Product only for oenology, not for direct consumption.
