Noble, universal, dried yeast - perfect for all types of table wines.
They are especially recommended for wines made from gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, wild rose, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, sweet cherries, sour cherries, raspberries, blackberries, green and plums, elderberries, chokeberries, black, white and red currants, blueberries.
Enovini® WS is a specially selected wine yeast strain that allows you to extract the optimal amount of aromas from the fruit. This yeast produces a mild, balanced wine with a clearly unique bouquet, beautiful and stable color and high clarity.

Mix the contents of the sachet with 100 ml of water, boiled and cooled to 30°C, and let it stand for 20 minutes at room temperature. After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation container or a balloon with a wine setting.

For an optimal course of the fermentation process, it is advisable to add nutrition: with vitamin B1, Kombi Vita.
Best before end: expiry date and batch number on the seal. Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Product for oenology only, not for direct consumption.
