What is the pizza recipe? Below is our suggestion for a quick pizza dough recipe. The rest depends on your preferences.

Ingredients for pizza dough:

250 g wheat flour (preferably type 00)
2 flat teaspoons salt (approx. 6 g)
1 teaspoon Browin dried Italian pizza yeast (approx. 4 g)
2 teaspoons olive oil
200 ml lukewarm water

Recipe:

Pour the flour, salt and yeast into a bowl. Mix everything gently. Slowly add lukewarm water. After obtaining a uniform mass, place the dough on a floured work surface/board and knead for 10 minutes until it becomes uniform and elastic (the dough does not stick to the work surface/board).

Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean cotton cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes (the dough will double in volume and a gluten network will form).

After the dough has risen, place it back on a floured work surface/board, add olive oil and knead briefly.

Then roll it out and shape it into a thin cake.

Bake with your favorite toppings for about 10-15 minutes at 250°C (depending on the oven), watch the edges of the pizza to see if they are nicely browned.
