How to use:

8 g of dried yeast corresponds to 25 g (!) of fresh yeast. Dose the yeast according to the information in the recipe for the selected dough (1 teaspoon = 4 g of dry yeast = 12.5 g of fresh yeast). Yeast does not require sourdough preparation, you can mix it directly with flour.

Ingredients: Saccharomyces cerevisiae dried yeast, emulsifier (sorbitol monostearate).

Storage method:
