This double cheese press is made using traditional methods, a cheese press that you will enjoy for many years.

Our presses are impregnated with special linseed oil that is specifically intended for wooden elements that come into contact with food. It preserves the wood, prevents excessive contamination of the press, and facilitates the drainage and cleaning of the whey.

The presses are made exclusively from wood of the highest quality. They have an adjustable lever position so they can fit many different molds.

Our presses are impregnated with special linseed oil intended for wooden elements that come into contact with food. It preserves the wood, prevents excessive contamination of the press,
and facilitates the drainage and cleaning of the whey.

The leverage effect results in a 3.2 times greater pressure.

Example:

Placing a weight of 0.5 kg on the arm exerts pressure on the mold (cheese) with a force of approximately 1.6 kg.

Placing a weight of 1 kg exerts pressure on the mold (cheese) with a force of approximately 3.2 kg.

Placing a weight of 2 kg exerts pressure on the mold (cheese) with a force of approximately 6.4 kg.

And so forth...

Press adapted for 2 cheese molds with a maximum diameter of 25.5 cm each. The molds can also be pressed in layers - e.g. 2-3 molds under one arm, allowing an even number of cheeses to be pressed simultaneously.
