Cheese wax is used for coating ripening (yellow) cheese. It protects the cheese against dehydration, impurities and micro-organisms - mainly mold.

Moreover, the cheese that is coated with it is simply beautiful!

Directions for use: put the pot in hot water for 20 minutes.
Apply with a brush or dip cheese into melted wax. Let the cheese cool down completely after waxing before storing the cheese, preferably on a cheese mat.

Store in a dry, cool or shady place. The product is not suitable for consumption.

Prima product, in een pannetje laten smelten en het kaasje (2 x 2 keer) half onderdompelen met als resultaat een mooie korst.
