Cheese mold for the manufacture of homemade hard cheese.
When using this form you get a hard cheese with a weight of 550 grams.
Very sturdy, made of durable material with (HCCP) approval for contact with food.
The mold can be used with our wooden cheese press (Art.nr.NAT-350).
The shape has openings through which the whey can run away, so that the whey no longer comes into contact with the cheese.
