This IS called dissapointment! When you receive the broken product they won't apologise for that, despite the wrapping was not the professional standard(at least I as a Japanese person would say). They assessed why the product is broken, start blaming that the receiver side had a problem, and ignore the simple fact that deliverer's responsibility till the delivery is fully completed.( well I think it is normal that sometimes you cannot be at home when the delivery and it is delivered the next day, and that was all what happened till I saw the product broken- that's what they bug on you.) Very proud yet unprofessional actions, very Dutchy....

Over nostalgie gesproken! Groot genoeg om een leuk voorraadje aan te leggen, maar niet te groot om te verwerken. Leuk om te zien en snel en correct geleverd. De verpakking is bestand tegen het ruwe vervoer van de pakketdienst. Heel tevreden.
Prachtige zuurkoolpot een sieraad om te zien die moet zijn werk goed gaan doen. De bestelde verzwaringstenen was men vergeten mee te leveren maar zijn na een mail hierover gestuurd te hebben de volgende dag bezorgd. Mooi werk!
